Landsign Celebrates Start of Winter: Fostering Warmth and Camaraderie Amidst Cooling Temperatures

As the traditional Chinese solar term "Start of Winter" (Lidong) arrived, Landsign held a series of heartwarming activities across its offices to celebrate the occasion, bringing warmth to employees and strengthening team cohesion.Lidong, marking the official beginning of winter, is a time-honored festival in Chinese culture, symbolizing harvest, rest, and preparation for the cold months ahead. 

To honor this tradition while caring for employees’ well-being, Landsign’s administrative team curated a range of experiences tailored to the season. Early in the morning, staff were greeted with steaming bowls of lamb soup and glutinous rice cakes in the office cafeteria—traditional foods believed to nourish the body and ward off the chill. The aromatic soup, simmered with fresh ingredients and medicinal herbs, and the sweet, chewy rice cakes quickly became popular among employees, who gathered to savor the treats and share stories.In addition to the seasonal feasts, several departments at Landsign organized small-scale activities such as making dumplings and writing winter wishes. 

Colleagues collaborated in the kitchen, rolling dumpling wrappers and filling them with savory fillings, turning the process into a fun team-building exercise.
